Installation of Winterwarm Heating & Gas Main

Background:
Established in 1945 and based in Basingstoke this company provides comprehensive engineering services. Having recently moved to new premises which had no form of heating the Client contacted Industrial Heaters to enlist our services.
We carried out a no obligation survey and provided a quotation to supply and install a suitable heater along with a new stainless-steel gas main comprising of the market leading pressfit fittings.
Solutions:
We specified a Winterwarm fully modulating gas fired suspended heater combined with 3 HCF destratifications fans. Our engineers attended site and installed the heater and gas main using our own in-house access equipment and materials hoist. Due to the positioning of the heater we were able to supply and install a horizontal flue system complete with fresh air intake, allowing the burner to be room sealed.
Destratification fans automatically recirculate high level hot air, reducing stratification and associated heat losses.
Result:
The new Winterwarm heater, destratifications fans and gas main were installed in a timely manner prior to the customer moving into the building.
The heater was installed alongside a Winterwarm Multitherm keypad operated controller which enables the heater to have optimum start, frost protection and pin facility to stop user error and reduced wasted running hours.
The destratification fans are specifically designed to lower the fuel consumption of space heating systems and improve comfort levels.
